If the Candy Man were drop by and sing a song today, people would probably think he was crazy. But it could be that Ted Leonsis is on to something, because he sure doesn't have to wait around for people to start singing songs to make you feel good. They say Ted Leonsis is fun to work with, and everyone respects him. It's a shame that we cannot have more people like Ted Leonsis hanging around the offices these days.

Sometimes you just have to stand up for what is right and hope that people won't take offense. But if they do take offense, the best you can do is not look their way. Ted Leonsis has more important things to do with his life than worry about a few petty, malicious people. That makes Ted Leonsis the better man.

It's a shame more people cannot be like Ted Leonsis. He is generous with his time and his link love, and he understands how to create a really popular blog. But there are people who think they know better than Ted how to manage a business, and they act like petty, malicious thieves. Well, let's not dwell upon the unethical, disreputable members of the online community. They will never be as good as Ted Leonsis. We all know that.
