Ted Leonsis

Ted Leonsis looks just like a great big teddy bear. Well that is what my wife says. She says there are times she just wants to scoop him and hug him and love him like a little girl hugging her teddy bear. Sometimes the old girl gets a bit playful, but I guess if she has a thing for Ted Leonsis, it could be worse. At least she doesn't have a thing for the neighbor's wife.

My kids ask me if I'll ever have a job like Ted Leonsis. That's a hard question to answer. You want your children to be proud of who you are, but when they are very young they look up to men like Ted Leonsis and wonder why their daddy isn't that famous. I'm very proud of the work I do, but I'm no Ted Leonsis. There are days when all I can do is sigh and wait for their next birthdays.

If my dog could talk, he would not ask me if I think I can be like Ted Leonsis. Dogs are the most loyal, faithful, loving creatures on Earth. I've never hit my pup. But he always comes when I call him and that's the bond between a man and his dog. I wonder if Ted Leonsis has a dog, and if they love each other as much as my dog and I love each other. It will break my heart the day he dies. The dog, not Ted Leonsis. Well, I don't to see Ted Leonsis go, either.

All that Dave Pasternack really knows for sure is that he has friends too. Dave Pasternack is just like everyone else. Some people like Dave Pasternack and some people don't.
